Terms of Service

These Terms govern transportation services provided by Sunny Trust Class S Corporation, doing business as Florida Private Ride.

Reservations

Reservation requests are not confirmed until Florida Private Ride provides confirmation. Availability and pricing may vary based on time, distance, passenger needs and trip details.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, passenger, luggage, flight and cruise information.

Delays and changes

Please notify us promptly of changes. Flight monitoring is provided when accurate flight information is supplied, but pickup arrangements remain subject to operational availability.

Concierge and local assistance requests

Concierge and local assistance requests are subject to availability, service area, operating policies, verified insurance coverage, and written or text confirmation. Submission of a request does not create an obligation to provide service.

Pricing and payments

Pricing is based on service type, time required, travel distance, waiting time, and special requirements. For card payments processed through Square, the approved 5% card payment adjustment applies. Tips are optional and separate from the service price.

Service limitations

Florida Private Ride does not provide medical care, emergency response, licensed home inspection, security, legal services, financial services, childcare, professional caregiving, or property management.
